Following on from our Spanish work on food and drink last half term, yesterday 11R enjoyed a selection of tapas including frittata, lamb koftas, stuffed olives, lemon and garlic chicken and rosemary and oven dried tomato flatbread amongst other delicious dishes. We were also given a talk by Chef Esteban (Stephen) about how tapas first came about and how some of the dishes are prepared.
