As a network, launching our first Family Hub at Duke Street Family Hub with an integrated offer for families will signal a real change in the way we offer support. Family Hubs are a national model that aim to provide high-quality, holistic and rounded support to children, young people and families on the basis they can easily access the help they need. Family Hubs will bring services together to support all members of the family minimising the need to search for different types of support that might otherwise be hard to find.
Support available through Family Hub networks begins at pregnancy and progresses through early years, childhood to 19 for young people, or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
The Chorley Family Hub Network launch will take place at Duke St, Chorley PR7 3DU on Tues 26th Sept 2023 (10am until 6pm).
