7G Learning at Home Week 7

Rainbow Week

It's been a MADD week for Oak Class- Learning from home Week 6

Hi Everyone, Last week was a busy week for Oak Class as we all got busy at home with MADD week. Week 6's Learning from home: *Ellie has been trying out some Irish dancing for MADD week. She’s also enjoyed doing some jigsaws and even completed a 49 piece puzzle!! Wow Ellie you’re amazing! *Joshua made a flag for MADD week and decided he wanted to have Pikachu on his flag. He also practised telling the time with daddy and even knows that when the clock says PM it’s afternoon and AM is morning! He’s also been using real money to buy toys from his sisters ‘shop’. Well done Joshua, fantastic work! *Oliver made his own flag for MADD Week, he decorated it with lots of different sized circles and colours. He has also got busy doing a lot of craft activities, he made a Jelly fish from the story ‘Barry the fish with fingers’, practised writing his full name, coloured, used scratch art to make his fairy pictures colourful and much more! Super work Oliver! *Ethan decided for MADD week he wanted to do his own project and he decided on monsters of Japan. Focusing on building a city for Godzilla to stomp through. He painted, cut, stuck and much more focusing on all the details! It was worth all the effort as it turned out fantastic!! He also found time to do some number work, drawing and writing. What a super week of work Ethan! *Tig has been very busy doing lots of activities for our holiday topic. He’s been cutting and sorting out suitcases of things to take to a hot country and things he’d take to a cold country. He’s loved reading the story; Barry the fish with fingers, and matched parts together to make a beach hut. He’s also really enjoyed trying different fruit, he loved the pineapple and grapes, however wasn’t too keen on the watermelon. Fantastic work this week Tig- Keep it up! *Oscar has been very busy for MADD week, he's coloured a flag on purple mash, danced and even played the Ukele! He also made snacks with his family and had a go at using mini mash. Oscar also raised money for a charity called 'High Five' by playing 26 short games of ping pong. Wow Oscar well done! Week 6- Star of the Week Well done to Ethan who was our star of the week! You did a fantastic job working so hard on your MADD week project! :) Remember to keep letting us know what you've been up to and sending in your pictures! You're all doing fantastic work at home!
