Well done to 11G...both of our bubbles have done some fantastic work this last week and had loads of fun as well.

We have been on nature walks around the school field and found lots of leaves, flowers, bushes etc that are beginning to turn from into gorgeous autumnal colours of reds, yellow and browns. We used our school ipads to take photographs of all of the different things that we found.  We found berries and even some blackcurrants growing in the bushes and after our walk we sat down and enjoyed a well deserved drink and a biscuit.

Back in school we discovered how to use an app called pic collage on the ipads and we were able to make some lovely coloured collages using the images that we had taken on our  nature walk.  This was great fun and I know that everyone enjoyed the walk and the end result of the collages.

We have also been learning how to play football rounders outside on the playground, Mrs Matthew helped us to learn the rules and we were soon kicking the ball and running around the posts...a great way to keep our bodies healthy.

As well as playing outdoor games we have been learning about keeping our bodies clean by washing our hands regularly...we took part in an Attention Autism session where Mrs Powell made lots of coloured bubbles in the water and then we took turns to wash toys and our hands before doing an activity where we washed the 'germs' off laminated hand prints....A great way to remember to always wash our hands.

One last thing....(drum roll please)   Our school councillors for 11G this year have been voted for and they are Eleanor (Councillor) and Jessie ( Deputy ) Well done girls and I know you will both do a fantastic job.

Below are a selection of Photos from our last weeks activities.  Take Care, Ms Lea.
