Today we have celebrated St. Andrew’s day. We listened and watched a PowerPoint all about it and asked lots of interesting questions, such as why is he the patron saint of Scotland, and then we found out! Let’s see if we can tell you when we get home…
Then we did some work in groups to order the story into the right order. And used our writing skills to copy some lines all about St Andrews day. 
This afternoon we made some bread. We had spoken about Jesus and how St Andrew had witnessed him feed the 5000 so we decided to make our own bread. We worked in groups to read the recipe, get all the equipment and ingredients. We are very excited to try the bread tomorrow!
