We are independent in 8P !!

Today in 8P we have been working on communicating instructions.

The children needed to give precise instructions to Mrs Chaloner on how to make a jam sandwich.
The children started at basics - get the bread out of the bag , use the knife spread the butter etc

When the children understood the communication task, off they went into pairs to help each other make their own jam sandwiches. The whole class did some amazing independent work and enjoyed eating their sandwiches.

We have also had some fun on the bikes this morning , take a look at the photos .

In maths we have had some amazing number work , looking at ordering numbers , problem solving ‘what is the missing number’ and even some fraction work .

Wow what a fab week in 8P !
