9A did absolutely amazing in their Tag Rugby tournament this week.

They got to the final and came 2nd place! 

 

Here is a brief synopsis of each game: 

 

First game -

We lost 4-3 in the last minute of the game! 

Jake scored 2 excellent tries with huge runs and he also passed the ball back from a centre to Connor who ran through everyone and scored a try.

Doing amazing! 

 

Second game - 

We won 4-3 

Jake scored all 4 tries! 

 

Third game - 

Drew 5-5 

Jake scored 5 tries! 

They all played amazing. Owen G intercepted a ball which helped JS to score a try. JJ and Connor did brilliant defending! 

 

Fourth game - 

Won 4-3 

They all got involved! 

Daniel cheered very loudly with joy when we won. 

Jake scored 3 tries and Connor scored 1!

 

We got through to the semi-finals! 

 

Semi-Finals -

We won 5-4 

Jake won the toss and scored the golden try to win the game as it finished as a draw at first. 

 

Final - 

We played amazing! 

Lost 5-3 in the Final
