Sycamore Class have enjoyed our Teams calls this week.....on Monday we did movement incorporating our animal theme. We moved like a Gorilla, a Flamingo, a Frog, and a Kangaroo everyone in class and at home did really well and had great fun acting out the different animals!

On Weds morning we made some paper chain snakes for my creativity which turned out great and were very colourful. And we had our other teams call for 'Show and Tell' where the children each decided on their favourite animals and shared it with the whole class. This was great and there were lots of questions and answers from our friends with great interactions so well done everyone!

Some of us joined in with the BBC online Internet Safety lesson to learn how to keep safe online so well done its vey important to stay safe online at all times.

We have been busy for Valentines Day too......We have made a 'mail a hug' picture where we drew around the children's top half of the body from the waist upwards with their arms spread out to the side so it looks like they are ready to give a big socially distanced hug:), and we have also made some delicious chocolates ready to send home to our loved ones in a beautiful hand made gift box that the children decorated then carefully cut out ready for folding.

Our learners at home have been doing super work again!!

BH has made a Platypus out of an empty bottle for our show and tell which looked amazing!! along side all his work about Habitats and learning all about Scorpions and Chipmunks to even carrying out science experiments with his brother which is fantastic so keep up your good work BH!

Tig has been busy doing lots of learning about shapes and searching at home for objects that match certain shapes, and matching shape worksheets to also doing dot to dots making a beautiful Parrot so well done Tig!

Oliver has been doing lots of work at home and learning all about snakes for our show and tell and did some excellent joining in on our teams call so well done Oliver!
