A busy start to Spring 2 in Rowan Class

Rowan Class have enjoyed a busy start to the new term.

In My Communication we have been enjoying the sensory story Welcome Home Bear and made some brilliant comments about the different parts of the story.

In My Thinking and Problem Solving we have been learning about measurement, exploring the story Super Worm and making different length worms ourselves.

In My Creativity we had lots of fun mixing colours and making new colours.

We have enjoyed lots of trips to the park, library and swimming in My Community, practicing our Travel Training skills.

In the World About Me we have been learning about recycling: using cardboard to make roads and houses, sorting recycling and going litter picking around school.

Finally in our Me and My Body sessions, we have made fantastic progress with our balancing and throwing skills.
