What a fun week in 9A. We had lots of fun on Monday looking at superheroes. We played a game where we had to work with a partner. We had to wear a headband with a super hero on and had to describe to our partner who they were, they then had to guess.
We have been looking at media over the last few weeks. This week we have been looking at the news and have had a go at making our own news stories. The class worked in teams and had a camera person to film, as well as newsreaders. We watched the news stories back in class - Breaking News - Mrs Bretherton can fly!!
On Friday there was a crime committed in 9A! Someone sprayed silly string all over the classroom. Luckily there were clues left behind. The learners had to turn in to police officers to investigate the crime - who would have sprayed silly string everywhere? The culprit had left fingerprints around the room and all over her locker, leading to the police finding empty spray cans in her locker. After investigations and interviews the offender was identified - Mrs Hand!! She was arrested and was sent straight to jail. Let this be a lesson to you all - make good choices.
