7P have had a wonderful day celebrating, and learning about, Bonfire Night. We’ve watched fireworks on our interactive whiteboard, talked about keeping safe around fireworks and enjoyed lots of other activities.

In the morning we watched fireworks, spoke about keeping safe and made Breadstick Sparklers. All of our learners enjoyed dipping the breadsticks in melted chocolate, they had a choice between milk and white chocolate, before sprinkling sprinkles over the breadsticks and they certainly enjoyed eating the Breadstick Sparklers!

We went on an adventure to the Dip in the afternoon, where we each took turns with sparklers. All of our learners followed the rules to keep them safe, and each took a turn to hold the sparklers. Some of our learners made shapes in the air with the sparklers but all of them had fun! 

If you are going to a Firework Display tonight please remember to wrap up warm, stay safe and most importantly have fun!
