On Monday we have done Attention Autism all about numbers and we watched Miss Howarth blow big and small bubble snakes. Then we fed the pretend animals carrots and counted how many. This afternoon we have been doing some phonics work and learning what zoo animals do, for example, kangaroos jump, elephants stop and polar bears swim.

On Tuesday we had our PE lesson where we did some super dancing, in the afternoon we did our attention autism lesson where we explored the weather and using an umbrella in the rain.

Wednesday we listened to our sensory story and explored the different animals in the dear Zoo book. In the afternoon we discovered the life cycles of different animals. We watched our dancing chicken lay eggs and counted each one!

Thursday we painted stripes onto tigers with orange and black paint! In the afternoon we did some water play and decorated our own turtles!

Friday we had our winter themed sensology where we made snow from flour and smelt pine tree leaves. In the afternoon some of us did music, exploring guitar and drum sounds, whilst some of us had a trip to Devonshire park! Well done Rowan class for another amazing week!
