This week at Astley Park School, we have been looking at we have been celebrating diversity within our families entitled ‘Different Families, Same Love’.
In Chestnut Class we have been looking at our family books and pictures of our families.
We then saw our friends on our video call and did a colour themed ‘What’s in the Box’.
Miss Heaton used lots of different coloured paints for stage 2, and then used a sponge to spread the paint to make a huge, bright rainbow.
For stage 3 we all chose different coloured material to hang onto a washing line. We said what our favourite colours are and how it is fantastic that we all like different things because it means that we are a very colourful group!!
