This week in 10G we have embraced Halloween. We had so much fun designing our own scary pumpkin faces. We used our colouring, cutting and sticking skills and even had a go at using PlayDoh to design a scary face.

At Astley Park we had our very own pumpkin patch and some of us went there to choose our class pumpkin. As a class we decided on what face we were going to carve in to our pumpkin. We absolutely loved getting stuck in and using our hands to empty out the gooey pumpkin pulp!

We have had a spooky day today, dressing up in scary costumes and doing some Halloween dancing. Our celebration assembly today included a Halloween parade, it was AMAZING to see all of the outfits worn by different classes.

In 10G we have been learning all about independence and have been practicing skills including washing and drying up. So far we are doing really well! Look at the photo of us washing/drying.

Remember...after half term we will be doing P.E on Wednesdays and will be going swimming on Thursdays, we can’t wait!

Happy half term everyone!
