Hello Everyone

Hope you all had a great Easter and enjoyed some down time to relax and enjoy the sunshine we have been having. It is lovely isn't it, it certainly brightens up my day. I had my holiday last week and went on plenty of nice long walks, I baked a lemon cake which was yummy!, I have been listening to music and dancing with my boys and watched some television.....it was lovely. Now i am back to see what everyone has been up to.....

Wow!....It has been fantastic to hear what some of Rowan class have been getting up to whilst at home and so i want to share all the marvelous things they have been doing

* Chris has been busy building a Lego set that he got for Christmas, he worked really hard to build it himself and only needed a little help from mum. He has been working hard on the computer doing his work and been drawing lots of pictures too. Well done Chris keep it up!

* Aidan has been busy helping prepare some Yorkshire puddings for a meal they had on Easter Sunday. I love the concentration on your face Aidan and that is brilliant hand, eye co-ordination! I hope they tasted delicious and you all enjoyed them?

* Teddy has been super busy doing lots of hard work and also getting creative with his work. You did some super counting with the daisies well done! Your pictures are amazing too and nice to see them displayed in your window for everyone to see. It is good to see you are getting your daily exercise in with going out and about and i believe you have been doing Joe Wicks so a big thumbs up to that too! Teddy has been eating lots of fruit and staying healthy too. Teddy loves to sing and has been singing the Rowan class 'Good Morning' song at home (check out his video! and join in if you want) it is lovely to watch Teddy and you always have a smile on your face. Teddy is missing his friends very much but understands we need to keep safe. Keep up all the good work Teddy and keep smiling!

*Ollie has also been super busy going to the park for lots of walks, drawing some beautiful pictures to display for everyone to see and even clapping for the NHS on Thursdays @8pm to show his support even when he was cold!!! well done Ollie (check out his video!). He has been busy on purple mash and doing lots of number work too which is super. You too have been joining in with the Joe Wicks exercises to stay nice and healthy which is great to hear. Ollie has been doing some baking where he made some chocolate brownies...oooh these sound delicious i bet there are none left!?. You have also made the most fantastic saltdough hand print plaque too Ollie with your family, it really is beautiful and you should be very proud of yourselves for making this, i hope it takes pride of place somewhere.

Keep up the amazing work everyone and please do tell us what you have all been getting up to, we love to hear your news.

We miss you all very much and we know you are all missing your friends. Stay happy and most of all stay safe

Mrs Carney
