On Tuesday 9th February it was Safer Internet Day 2021.

9G started off by joining the BBC live lesson about online sources and making the right choices online.

We then read a story about Digiduck, and sharing personal information. 9G were able to tell their teachers that we should not share information such as our date of birth and address with people we don't know on the internet.

Francesca our digital leader, then helped by going through our Online Safety Promises with each learner in class, and then we spoke about our own online promises which Francesca helped to record for her Digital Leader Task. Our learners at home also filmed their promises too!

9G know that we should always be on a computer with an adult, or have an adult nearby, ask an adult for help and be kind when we are using the internet and talking to others.

Great work 9G!
