We’ve been talking this week about people who love us. We have done this through Attention Autism, firstly for box we watched some love themed resources such as floating petals, flying balloons and the dancing flower.
Stage 2 was watching Miss Brophy shake flour into a tray, then draw a heart shape into the flour.
Stage 3, Miss Brophy drew a flower shape in tray using chalk for everyone to take turns to add petals to the flower.
Then finally Stage 4 we all sat at the table to make a card for our families to say ‘I Love You’.
Also during continuous provision we explore coloured rice and flower petals and lavender.
Our learning intentions for this activity has been to take part in a shared learning activity.
