Puff Pastry Pizzas in 7P

In 7P, pupils took part in a practical cooking activity where they prepared puff pastry pizzas. The class began by cutting the pastry into portions before spreading each piece with tomato purée. Cheese was added as the main topping, and some pupils chose to include spicy chorizo for additional flavour.

The session gave everyone the opportunity to develop their food preparation skills while working independently and safely. Pupils enjoyed both the process of making the pizzas and tasting the finished results.
