Ice cream Wednesday in 8P 2026
On Wednesday afternoon, the ice cream van came to Astley Park School to treat all the learners and staff to a delicious 99 ice cream.
Our classroom went silent for a few seconds while everyone enjoyed their ice creams – a rare moment indeed!
Staff then asked 8P what they thought of their treats. Their replies included:
“Sweet!”
“Vanilla!”
“Really tasty!”
“It tasted delicious!”
“Sprinkles!”
“Cold!”
As we come to the end of another fantastic school year, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our parents and carers for your continued support. The learners have shown amazing progress in many different areas and should be incredibly proud of their achievements.
We are so proud of everything they have accomplished this year and know they are ready for their exciting new adventures in Year 9.
We wish everyone a wonderful summer break!
