It’s been a busy half term and we’ve ended on a high with a fantastic Halloween Celebration. Lots of the pupils and staff joined in by dressing up and when greeting the pupils from the buses this morning it was a challenge to know who was who!

The morning started off with a beautiful rainbow overlooking our school which Mrs Hodgeon managed to capture  on camera as  Miss Brophy and Mrs Devlin arrived . The  staff were treated to breakfast sandwiches to thank them for all their hard work over the last half term. Everyone enjoyed the treat.
The pupils in 8R have had lots of fun making and decorating some biscuits. Miss Brophy was very impressed with our baking skills.  We had a visit to the Halloween photo booth and Miss O’Connell and Mrs  Devlin tried to photo bomb one of our pictures. We’ve made lots of different Halloween crafts including, skulls, masks, spiders and lots of paper chains to decorate the classroom. The pupils  are looking forward to taking them home and decorating their own rooms. We had a fun game of Halloween bingo with lots of the class shouting “ Bingo!”This afternoon we watched a fancy dress parade via Teams and some of us enjoyed a slice or two of pizza as well as some chocolate treats Miss Brophy brought in.

Have a relaxing half term holiday and if you join in with Miss Brophy’s puddle jumping championship please send your teachers any photographs or videos. We would love to see them.
