What a super morning we had today! 10G invited their parents into school to join in with their morning. We thoroughly enjoyed sharing our morning cafe where, as always, the learners had their own job roles. We also introduced a new role that we have been working on in small groups, which is making hot drinks. The parents were amazed at how well we undertook our roles and will definitely be encouraging their children to continue to practice these skills at home. Our food and drinks tasted fantastic and it was lovely to have time to chat with all the parents.

Our second activity was our regulation dance. We chose to dance to our favourite dances, the Penguin Dance and Body Bop. All parents did super well at following the moves but the learners did an even better job.

Next was sharing our successes at Calvert Trust. We shared each activity we had undertaken. Everyone was amazed at how challenging the activities were and how much we had achieved.

Thank you all for coming we all really enjoyed it and can't wait to invite you to our next Sharing our Learning session where we will be showing off our cooking skills.
