We all know the importance of looking after our mental health in 11R- however this week we have been focusing on our worries and anxieties, looking at how they show themselves in in us- and some strategies that we use to help us!

We looked at positives, rather than things that we struggle with, things that we can rather than things we can’t do - and considered things that we can’t control!

We listened to a story about a girl Ruby, who had a worry that grew and grew- we all discussed how Ruby felt and suggested what she could do- the consensus was that when we have a worry- we need to talk and share it- we all identified someone that we could trust to share a worry with.
