On Monday 11G did some data collection on the staff car park. They looked at the different types of  cars and counted and recorded each type.

On Tuesday we went on the school mini bus to Leighton Moss an RSPB nature reserve in Carnforth. The pupils were split up into groups and using their book creator app they had to look at their maps and navigate their way around with adult support. They had to take pictures on their way around. Some of the pupils were able to spot some of the birds that visit.

Wednesday was our Chorley in Bloom visit this week the pupils worked in groups to plant peas using the skills they’ve used in previous weeks.

It  was World  Book Day on Thursday, 11G came in their pyjamas and did some fun activities throughout the day. This included making chocolate muffins for snack time, some tiffin to take home and we learnt a dance

from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

On Friday morning a couple of us went to make bacon butties for our breakfast. The others stayed in class and reflected on our time at Leighton Moss. We added the photos we had taken at Leighton Moss to our book on our iPad and wrote about the things we enjoyed doing whilst we were there.
