We’ve been exploring all things Easter in  Maple this week with lots of Easter themed continuous provision.

On Monday in the morning we did cookery and made Easter nest cakes, we all enjoyed eating them for our snack.
In the afternoon we took part in an Easter themed attention autism. In stage 2 Miss Woods made Easter chick pictures with paint, feathers and googly eyes. In stage 3 we all took it in turns to finger paint Easter rabbits with our faces on.

On Tuesday we did an Easter egg hunt story.
We came across chicks and explored feathers, rabbits and explored cotton wool, ducks were we explored water, for the bees we tried honey and then we found our Easter egg and tasted chocolate.

On Wednesday we did music.

On Thursday we did a real Easter egg hunt! We found pictures of eggs in class and then Mrs Gregory gave us all an Easter egg to eat!

Have a lovely Easter everyone!!
