8P have settled in to their last half term of being year 8, after having a lovely week off.
Since being back in school, the learners have been joining in with lots of different activities and doing some incredible learning.
Our learners have really enjoyed dressing up in our circus themed outfits and taking part in the circus role play area.
Lots of maths, reading and writing, with the learners showing lots of great progress! Discussing important subjects in PSHE and keeping our bodies moving in P.E.
The children have created a lovely Father’s Day card for their special people, to take home and gift to them on Father’s Day. Lots of great effort went into the cards with cutting and sticking each part.
We have had some really lovely weather again, and been able to enjoy some time outside in the outdoor area, showing some really good play skills.
Everyone has really enjoyed celebrating rainbow week this week, learning about what each colour of the rainbow means. 8P’s colour was green, so the children all created a piece of art work in the colour green, and they got all added on one sheet together to make a larger picture. The children used different resources, using different textures and using lots of independence skills.
