As we have been doing all our couch to 5k training and finding some days really difficult we thought we could all do with a reminder and some inspiration to keep our training going.

Today we learnt about what is Cancer, how this affects peoples lives and then we watched a video all about Rosemere Cancer Foundaton and what they can do with all the money we raise.
