Neurodiversity week in 8P 2026

 

This week at Astley Park School it was Neurodiversity week. 8P looked at a PowerPoint about “we are all different “. 

We looked at what colour eyes we had, colour and type of hair, skin type, who we lived with and the language we speak. We looked at our favourite drinks and food. 

We talked about the fact that it’s ok to be different and “There’s no one quite like you”.

We then put on about what we look like and our likes on a work sheet, titled “The pieces of me” and the learners filled in all about what they look like and our likes. 

We are all unique, and that is good.
