On Monday morning we began the day with maths. We worked well in our groups and some of us learnt about temperature, some of us converted measurements and some of us looked at capacity and volume. After this we did 1:1 guided reading. In the afternoon we did science and we continued learning about power and where it comes from.  We looked at different power stations in the UK, we had to use our IPads and find locations of different power stations.  

On Tuesday morning, some of us recorded our speaking and listening, and then we played some social games with our peers. After this we completed our maths work. In the afternoon some of us made school cake and the rest of us had some social time in class. 

On Wednesday, we began our day with maths and then we had a writing activity. After this we had some social time with ours friends.  In the afternoon, we played some social games with our friends. 

On Thursday we began our day with picture news. We looked at Eurovision and what it is. Our task was to use our iPads to research one of the contestants from Eurovision and put our information on book creator. In the afternoon we went shopping for our things for bacon and sausage butties. 

On Friday morning we did our year 11 enterprise and made breakfast butties for staff.  In the afternoon we had golden time and assembly. This weeks star of the week is Jake, for great speaking and listening task and feeding back what he spoke about. Well done Jake!
