Today we had lots of fun in 7P baking a Victoria sponge cake! 🎉
First, we worked together to make the mixture. We carefully measured the ingredients and took turns mixing them in a big bowl. We made sure everything was well mixed and smooth so our cake would turn out just right.
Once our mixture was ready, we poured it into the tins and baked it. The food tech room smelled amazing while the cakes were cooking! 😋
In the afternoon, it was time for the best part…. decorating! We added jam and cream in the middle and added extra cream on top.
We were very proud of our cake, and they tasted delicious too! 🍓
