Today was Tyler's 13th birthday, we put some banners up in class to surprise him. This afternoon we had birthday cake and sang Happy birthday to him. Tyler took the leftover cake home to share with his family.

Today we have been busy creating some artwork to enter a competition at The Chorley Surgery. We had previously worked on a plan but today was the final product. The artwork has to be based around Positive Health and Wellbeing. Some of us made adjustments to our original plans and added lots more…

On Wednesday we were going to go to Asda to drop  the food bank donation hamper but due to unforeseen circumstances we weren't able to go. We sorted through all the donations to check that all the sell by dates were ok. We were treated to some snacks and drinks in class as we missed the cafe…

Today we came into school in our pjs and  had breakfast in class before Santa arrived to give us our presents. We had lots of different things to choose from like toast, cereal, breakfast bars, porridge and hot chocolate. We all opened our gifts and were pleased that we were all on the "nice"…

Today our class won top table. Mr Welsh waited on us hand and foot and was a great waiter. This afternoon we had our Sharing Our Learning session. We had a carousel of Christmas craft activities. We made a wreath, a tree decoration and a salt dough tree or snowman Everybody enjoyed the session…

Today we arrived in school and Frederick the Elf had left us a note. He had eaten some of our chocolates and tried to steal our advent calendar. We promised not to touch him or he has threatened to eat all our chocolate.
